PERSONAL INJURY – INSURANCE COVERAGE NOT ENOUGH TO COVER THE MEDICAL BILLS

Believe it or not, this vehicle held a driver and three passengers, all of whom survived this crash.

Mike represented the driver and two of the passengers. The medical bills exceeded the available insurance coverage.

Mike successfully secured substantial reductions from the insurance companies that paid the medical bills.

With the medical bills reduced, Mike found a way for his clients to recover for their injuries

PERSONAL INJURY – INSURANCE CARRIER FORCED TO PAY MEDICAL BILLS

In this case, the injured driver came to Mike because the insurance company refused to pay medical bills under the injured driver’s insurance policy.

After Mike proceeded with litigation, the insurance company agreed to pay the medical bills and the attorneys’ fees for the litigation.

In addition, Mike recovered the policy limits from the at- fault party and also recovered additional underinsurance coverage from the insurance company who refused to pay the medical bills in the first place.
