How Long? How long will your case take? Every case is different and unique, so I can only give you our general experience in resolving several thousand cases over 24 years, but I find that most cases take 4 months to 8 months when there is no lawsuit. If there is a lawsuit, then most cases take about 12 to 18 months. Occasionally, we see a case go beyond 2 years, but I can tell you that is a rare thing in my office unless the case involves an appeal. An appeal can take more than 3 years. At BurmanLaw, we have dedicated staff averaging 21 years of legal experience, with the youngest staff person having no less than 12 years legal experience. My staff and I work to build a strong case from day one. We will return your phone calls or emails. You can contact me or my staff, get answers, and get it done. I have invested over $200,000 in technology to manage your case. And yes...the technology we use does work. I can click a mouse and pull up every document in your case while I am talking to you. We can e-mail or fax documents to you and we will pick-up or deliver to your home or work. When going to Court, I take a computer, not a big bulky file. BurmanLaw makes technology work for you. And that moves your case forward, faster. |
