2 Wheels to 18 From motorcycles to semi-tractor trailers hauling more than 35,000 pounds, BurmanLaw has the resources, contacts and experience to get to the bottom of your case. First, I act quickly to personally visit the scene in every case involving wrongful death or major personal injury. I then determine what experts I need. I preserve and develop evidence. Experts include: (1) a certified private investigator, (2) an automobile accident reconstructionist with 20 plus years of experience, (3) a semi-truck accident reconstructionist who holds a CDL along with 20 plus years of experience, (4) a nurse consultant with many years of experience (4) an economist with 25 plus years of experience, (5) a vocational expert with more than 25 plus years of experience, and (6) and a professional photographer/videographer. Depending on the case, I can also engage experts with backgrounds in brain injury, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and forensic science. Once evidence is secure, we then use information technologies to transform this evidence into a visual representation of your case. Our in-house media services are designed to prepare professional looking charts, blowups and videos while keeping costs under control. Our goal is to communicate your case so that anyone can ''feel'' what happened, and ''understand'' what should be done to right the wrong done to you. We want the insurance adjuster to think twice about putting your case in front of a jury. And if your case goes to trial, we visualize your case to the jury, so they can understand exactly what happened to you. In this way, the jury has the power to right the wrong done to you. If trial is necessary, I regularly litigate cases. In fact, about 1/3 of my cases are in litigation. It is important that you have a lawyer who will file suit and go to Court when the insurance adjuster is not offering a reasonable settlement. In this way, you don't have to take whatever the insurance company offers. You have the power to exercise all your rights as a citizen...the power to right the wrong done to you. |
