Representative Cases

Michael focuses exclusively on representing people hurt or killed by:

  • Automobile collisions
  • Semi-truck collisions
  • Wrongful Death
  • Work Injuries
  • Defective products
  • Medical mistakes

Michael is an experienced trial lawyer who regularly represents injured people before state and federal judges and juries. Going through a jury trial is difficult, but Michael's clients rely on him to prepare their case long before the jury is sworn. Once Michael's client faces the jury, Michael uses computer technology to explain his client's case so they understand how his client has suffered.

Michael represents clients who have not yet gone to court. Michael provides his clients with legal advice that is truthful, practical and comprehensive. When the case is presented to an insurance adjuster, Michael's clients trust he will represent their interests fully and aggressively.

Practicing law today is a combination of talent and technology. Michael and his experienced staff use a wide range of technologies to bring each client's case alive for adjusters and juries. Michael and his staff maintain a fully equipped computer system that ties each client's case database to a customized checklist that generates documents at the click of a mouse. Michael's digital scanning system instantly accesses information when a client or an adjuster or a defense lawyer calls. Through these advancements in technology, Michael can discuss any aspect of the client's file without leaving the phone. Photographs, medical bills and all the other documentation necessary for a successful case are organized to prepare for trial each time Michael or his staff work on that case.

Raised on a working farm in Christian County, Kentucky, Michael learned his values from farmers. He and his wife Lisa, are raising four growing children, Michala, Morgan, Mallory and Madigan.
